What a terrible company, they dropped off a pod in the visitors parking next to my property. Destroyed the curb and huge holes in my lawn. Very disrespectful company. Filed a complaint and they never go back to me.

If I could give a 0 I would. I feel like I've been ROBBED by a major company. They give you a quote that is apparently only for the initial pod drop off (which they don't tell you) then charge you another 50% of that again to get your items returned to you! For the price I paid I would have been better off getting a moving company. I've tried to get customer service on this matter but they say there is "no guarantee anyone will get back to me"... I honestly feel like I have been scammed.

The worst company ever!!! Please do not hire. I got quoted at $700 for 2 pods including 1 month of storage. They have charged my card 6 times. They took over $1800 out. Every time i call they have different stories and tell me they will reimburse. Haven’t got nothing from them. The pods have been sitting empty in my driveway and they do not pick them up. Because of this I can’t have my appliances delivered because it’s blocking the way. Please hire someone else!!!

So far we have had nothing but problems from the customer service side of things. I booked the delivery date then had to make a chance so I did I online. Got the confirmation email and everything. Now they are delivering my pod 2 days before what I booked during a time when their customer service desk is closed. Do not recommend as this has been nothing but a stressful experience. Driver was nice tho

Brutal experience. The company damaged the driveway of our brand new home and assured us that their insurance would cover it, just for them to email back saying that they wouldn’t. Do not recommend PODs unless having a significant dent in your driveway or damage to your property doesn’t bother you.

While the delivery and pick up of the pod went fine. I scheduled for the pod to be delivered at the secondary address and the whole experience was horrible. They never told me what time they were coming and woke me up at 7 to let me know …

They failed to redeliver my POD which I booked a month in advance and had packed 2 weeks before my move so it would be delivered on time. Come to learn after 3 days of calling them that they failed to transport it from the original …

We just had our POD delivered, Jon was informative and a very pleasant man. He called us with a time and arrived when he said he would. It was a quick process. So far very happy! And again Jon was so nice and took pride in is job!

I had a negative experience with the admin department of this business. They lost my pod, then found it but said it was empty and then confirmed they found it full. The billing department was also not great to deal with. Contradicting emails, confusing customer support. I wasn’t going to give a review because maybe everyone was just having a bad day each time I called. BUT THEN…the driver went above and beyond and was amazing! Our driveway is tricky to navigate.

We had a pod delivered this morning to our home. Our driver, Jonathan D. Was very professional through out the process. I received a call advising that he was on his way and provided an ETA that was right on. He met me at the site, discussed placement and unloaded it. I was provided with an excellent lock to secure the unit and shown how to use it. The pod was in great shape, very clean and water/weather proof. The latch slides cleanly and the door opens with little effort. Thank you for your service today.
