Worst customer service ever - I would have given them no stars, but have to give 1 to post a review. I needed a container for 2 wks and had to pay for 2 months. Showed up in the early morning of pick up day only to have the driver not notify me that he was in the parking lot and the office try to charge me an additional fee for a second pick up. "Portia" answers the phone and has no understanding of customer service and completely lacks interpersonal skills.
Snotty person who answers the phone. Said they would be here on a specific day to pick up bin and never showed up. Had to call office to find out where they were, she never scheduled the pick up for that day and won't be there until two days later. Took one full week after request to pick up bin. JERKS
I didn’t end up using this companies services, originally owing to a logistics issue, but ultimately due to the poor work ethic of the staff. The staff is incredibly rude, and don’t have the time to actually work with there customers. Had …

Customer service is alive and well people! Berenice started the process for me and though I was being realistic and didn’t expect all my request to be answered… she surely went above and beyond! Ulises was the gentleman who delivered the unit and once again AMAZING! Helpful , thorough , efficient and so nice! This is the 2nd time we have used porta stor and the pricing , customer service and just overall communication is TOP NOTCH! Again . a special thank you to Berenice and to Ulises for all your help!
We had a horrible plumber do what turned out to be a terrible job doing a simple toilet reinstall resulting in MAJOR water leak and mold damage. Our restoration and mold remediation company hired Porta-Stor to deliver a pod to store our furniture in from the damaged areas of my house. Matt showed up right on time, was extremely professional and pleasant. Instead of just dropping the box and leaving, we discussed exactly where I wanted the box, down to the inch.
I am impressed. This is my first review that I have posted on Google ever Bernice was responsive and understanding and helping me choose the right storage container for me and in a timely manner. The prices are phenomenal too. Shoutout to Matt too who did a flawless delivery and worked with my somewhat cramped space to get this storage unit delivered in the place that I needed it. 11/10 company. I will be working with them in the future again.
Porta-Stor is the best for your storage container needs. They offer different sizes at very reasonable and affordable prices. The staff at the office and the delivery drivers are friendly and professional. They know what they are doing. Would never go with a different company.
