The staff there are decietful and sneaky, went into my unit without my permission fatter my lock came up missing. The manager Dominique is an absalute liar and con artist. I told them I was quitting there rental 3 months ago and they never responded I get a letter 3 months later saying I owe them $1053.00 and threaten to destroy my credit if I don’t pay immediately they never contacted or called me in that time the manager claimed I blocked her yet she sure called me rite back when I left a pissed office message.

Always a bad experience when Dominique’s not at the office, the guy who worked the desk today was helping another customer when I came in and a gentlemen came in after me. The person at the front desk proceeded to help the gentlemen that came in after me, the level of rude from both of them was appauling. Even after he returned, learn some manners.

Employees are not very friendly. Bathroom is always locked. At night can't see anything cause all the lightning doesnt work.

My entire experience was great! Dominique greeted me as I walked in to the office with a welcoming smile and asked what she could help me with. I was inquiring about storage unit rental availability, cost, etc. She promptly answered all of my questions in detail. She is very knowledgeable and professional. She escorted me to the exact location of the units available in the 2 sizes I was inquiring about. Went back to the office and filled out the rental agreement.

Power has been my self storage choice off and on since 2019. Signing up has always been fast and the 3 different units first 10x5, second <10x20, and third 10×10 have all been great! Dominique is amazing at accommodating requests over the phone. Alan is kind and expeditious at getting the paperwork done fast. It's nice to always see and wave 'Hi' to Anthony when I see him showing units or doing countless jobs around the complex. If I have a question, I feel comfortable asking managers or associates 👍🏼
