I chose Prager based upon several referrals and some good reviews. What I did not realize was that I was actually hiring Atlas, whose reviews are terrible. This move was a nightmare. The packers arrived and began packing in a very chaotic manner, with things from different rooms being combined--I found a part of my office computer in a box marked "bathroom" and have another box that says "stereo and glass", despite giving the packers the actual shipping box from my stereo, which they then used to pack other items…
Horrific experience with them. They showed up late, worked as slowly as possible which the security guard in the building independently confirmed watching them on camera. The were to unpack and threw all of our hanging clothes in a massive …
This company internal customer service is "Horrible".. and Unprofessional. They don't return calls or even keep their own appointments when scheduled. Frustrating .... Good Luck with trying to do business with them. Ugh..
I would have loved to give this company stellar reviews, but I’m extremely disappointed in the owner of this company. I had a wedding card in one of my drawers the morning of our move. It was a sealed envelope with my friends names on it. When we arrived at the new house, it was gone. It had a $100 gift card for Target inside. I brought this to the owners attention and he tried to make me feel bad for stereotyping his employees and that I probably misplaced it.
Prager/ Atlas will not honor damage claim. Prager damaged a marble table top during my move from Illinois to Wisconsin. They recommended a company to crate the marble piece before it was moved. The piece was crated in Prager's presence, …

Prager moving helped pack up and move two houses for me for a cross country move. Working with Steve and Brenda to get everything set up was effortless. Communication was great and concise, information was relayed quickly, and response times were short. The driver, Bill, and his crew showed up on time, were extremely efficient and careful with valuable items, and very professional and polite. 10/10 recommend for any big moves.

We had a wonderful experience with the Prager Moving team. The movers were kind, careful, conscientious, and incredibly thoughtful throughout the entire process. They made sure everything was placed exactly where we wanted it and were very patient whenever we needed time to decide how something should be positioned. We were behind on packing when they arrived, but they were completely understanding and kindly offered to help, which made an otherwise stressful situation feel much more manageable.

We used Prager Moving for our recent local move and I can't say enough positive things about this company! From speaking with Steve for the initial estimate, to having Rose ensure everything was set for moving day and her timely followups, to finally Adan and his AMAZING crew! Moving is such a stressful time, and everyone at Prager made the experience as stress free and painless as possible! The moving crew treated our belongings like their own and not one thing was broken or damaged.

I had an extremely positive moving experience from Wisconsin to Illinois with Prager thanks to a crew of Luke, Danny, and Carlos! They were extremely professional, organized, and efficient. They packed my belongings with care, labeled and catalogued everything, and dropped them off with no damage or issues to my new location. I will totally use them again for any future moves!
