0 of the 23 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for Precise Piano Tuning & Repair are one or two star.

In their own words
Theodore was was so incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. We had a very old piano in need of some real love and he delivered beyond what I could’ve imagined. Fair rate and professional. Will be working with him again!
5 star talent! My Antique Piano had several keys broken, broken pedals, dusty as ever and hadn't been tuned in decades. Teodor took much care disassembling my (Sohmer and Co.) Cabinet Grand, gave it a good cleaning and tuned it nicely. I am pleased with his work ethics and he's very knowledgeable and passionate about his work. He was on time, affordable and he gave me a mini concert to test it out. He responded to my call promptly and I luckily got scheduled the next day.
Theodore is a fantastic piano tuner and technician. He assisted in inspecting our Kawai before purchase and now maintains it. Beyond his skills as a tuner and technician he has fantastic communication and customer service skills.
I contacted Theodore after acquiring an old baby grand piano, hoping to gather knowledge about the condition of the instrument. He fit me into his schedule in a matter of days, told me all about my piano, and then generously insisted I don't pay him anything since no work was performed. After months of playing, I decided to have the piano properly tuned. Again, Theodore was able to come by with just a few days notice.
