They found out immediately that they had undercharged me by $324 and I sent them a check to cover their mistake within days. But they lost the pedestal for a 52" Sony TV that had somehow made it through 2 previous moves without a problem but was now useless (too heavy we were warned in 2009 for wall mounting unless the wall studs were reinforced) - and they also lost that TV's sound bar, which their people saw on a set of boxes in my garage but as it wasn't on the Inventory List I was simply outta luck.
Guy, we're sorry to hear that we were unable to find your Sound Bar and TV stand. Our team knows that moving is already a hassle and this doesn't help. We hope you'll consider this a fluke of a situation and let us know how we can help you.
Could Cliff, Todd or someone from your company please contact me about the console that the movers damaged when moving my console. It's been almost 2 months since the movers picked up my console and no one has returned my phone calls or emails.

I had a great experience with Preferred Moving Company for my move from Maryland to North Carolina. Todd was great to work with to iron out the details of the move, and Justin and Freddie were excellent movers. There were very polite, took great care of my items, and were very nice to work with. There was an unforeseen issue with the loading dock at my apartment, but Justin and Freddie were very patient with me and understanding. I would definitely recommend this company and use them again.
