If you're looking for a sign, here it is: FIND A BETTER, MORE PROFESSIONAL COMPANY. Continue to read for an honest non-karin like real review from someone who's done this more times than she wants to count as I have attend college and have moved professionally like a career from Alaska to FL and everywhere in between. *Could have been WAY better* are the words that will haunt me.

I recommend Prestige Moving enthusiastically! I texted just a few days before needing a weekend move at the end of May, a busy time. Prestige texted back within the hour with pricing, the dates they were available, and answering additional questions. I had a small job (3 hours) with lots of moving parts: trash, wrapping, storage unit, plus three locations, two with elevators, one with stairs. Roberto called early the morning of the move, and the crew arrived even a few minutes early.

Outstanding experience in all respects! The team was very responsive from the first contact, always responding to messages super quick. The quote I received to empty a 10' x 25' storage unit and relocate was very fair, and they were very accommodating with my scheduling needs. Unfortunately circumstances changed and I had to reschedule, and they were very helpful and flexible in working with me to adjust.
Look no further, seriously! This was by far the best experience I've EVER had with a moving company! It's crazy how some companies will nickel and dime or drag time out to maximize on profit. The 3 amazing gentleman that assisted us were next level professional, courteous, and efficient. Ask for Edwin , Milton , Diego! A blessing. I must mention my experience with the owner, Robert. Immediate responses, full transparency, and placed all my worries organizing this move from Austin at ease.
I just had the best experience with Prestige, thanks to Alexis and his awesome team! They were super professional, quick, and careful with all my furniture. Each piece was wrapped up securely before they moved it, and nothing was damaged. They showed great respect for both my belongings and the walls of my house. They even went out of their way to deliver my items exactly where I needed them to go. Highly recommend these guys for anyone needing reliable and efficient movers.
