We heard so many good things about Prime Moovers, but unfortunately my mom just moved and did not have a great experience. She had large, heavy furniture and I think their inexperienced movers were out of their league. It resulted in damage to multiple items and a final cost that was almost $1,000 more than the estimated range due to how long it took them, even though they actually moved LESS furniture than on the quote (by an entire living room set).

The moovers were fantastic. I was EXTREMELY stressed on the day of my move & the moovers provided much support. As a result of the reputable support, I was less stressed & able to calm down. In addition, all of the men were respectful, kind, & helpful with all my belongings. Being I was moving approximately 400 miles to my new address, the moovers kept me updated on the status of loading the moving truck & kept me informed of the moving process.
