They broke my daughter’s tv. They not only didn’t say anything about breaking it they refused to pay anything. They were late (over 3 hours). Some of the help that was lined up had to leave. The person moving into my daughter house were also delayed. It was the same company They didn’t offer any discounts to either customer. They only want 1st hand customer experience. Well I was one of the people inconvenienced. Plus your delay ruined a surprise I had planned.

My first hand experience with this company. I left Peoria to be at my friends house by 8:30 when the movers were supposed to be there they did not get there until 1130. had they got there on time they could have met with the People that paid the bill then they could’ve discussed the details of what they needed them to do in order to complete the move that was not covered during the consultation. they also made them purchase insurance and then their insurance didn’t cover the damage that they caused.

I would not recommend this company for a move. One of the workers struggled with the stairs to my apartment and complained throughout the process, which led to me stepping in to help. As a result, I got scratched up quite a bit, as shown in the attached photos. It felt like I paid too much for a service where I had to do a significant portion of the work myself. Additionally, I was charged for a mattress bag that was never used.

Terrible company. Showed up late broke a 2,000 dollar tv and didn’t inform me about it being broken yet you can see the smudges. Couldn’t move all the items which forced us to go back and move items ourselves still charged 1,200 for the move and didn’t even give me a call back until 3 days later and then hung up on me.

Hired movers they were not only late but broke our TV. My husband called and got hung up on by the manager and they didn’t even care to offer 1 resolution or even an apology. Would never use them again just for management alone.

We had a wonderful experience on our move from Champaign, illinois to Geneva, illinois. Our movers were Jerrell, Shaun, Kamari, and Andrew. First the price was very reasonable—less than we expected. All four of our movers were so personable and professional. They made what could have been a difficult experience stress free for us. Highly recommend this company if you want a stress free move, a great price, and friendly and efficient movers. Five out of five!

Two Men and Truck movers were great. Micah, Marcus, Ruben, Larry, Isaiah and Jonathan arrived ready to go, wrapped our furniture and carefully handled everything. They worked well as a team, each one knowing what to do and how to assist with larger items. They were efficient but not rushed too much to answer questions and ask where each item should be placed in the new house. Highly recommend them for a whole house move.

Jerrell and Andrew were my movers and they did an excellent job moving a large load that needed extra hands. They remained very professional, friendly, and communicated well throughout the whole process and truly made a hectic moving day much more manageable.
