The Pro-Low team did a fabulous job for us! They were very responsive to communications when we had to adjust our move date within a few weeks of the move. The team of 5 guys arrived on time and were very careful and courteous while working hard for a long 8 hour day! They loaded the house, took an hour lunch break and then drove the 1/2 mile to the new house and unloaded it all - while navigating the 5-6" of snow AND our unpaved driveway!
Pro Low came highly recommended and did not disappoint. Our initial contacts were with Adam and Sidney to get cost estimates and confirm a moving date. Ask questions during these consultations to understand the time frame, costs involved, and the moving process. I found it to be a bit overwhelming, having never moved in 45 years! Our move took two days, and our crew included Royo, Branden, Austin, Poet, Darius, and Tommy. We boxed some things and also had them do some for us.
Pro-Low Moving made our move so hassle free, and it over so fast! To start, there was going to be a delay with start time. Two members of the team called prior to the hour start time to ask if it was okay to start 1 half hour later than the agreed start time. It was. After that, the whole team arrived promptly at the new scheduled time. They did a walk-thru to get an idea of what was being moved, and then immediately went to work, leaving entire rooms cleared within minutes.
Yesterday I had the privilege to meet 2 of Pro-Low Moving finest mover’s… Nate and Kyler (spelling??) These two gentlemen were awesome! They arrived at the appointed time and were professionally dressed for the job. I’ve used other moving companies in the past and it’s surprising/sad how some movers present themselves to the customer. A positive 1st impression is always a good start. Nate and Kyler were friendly and busted butt.
