We had a very disappointing experience with this moving company. First, the “Prosperity movers” arrived over two hours late, and instead of communicating professionally, my daughter constantly had to reach out herself for updates. When he finally arrived, he already seemed irritated despite offering a brief apology for being late. The biggest issue was that this was supposed to be a professional two-man moving crew, not a man bringing his under aged son to help.
They were nice & quick but didn't remove everything, damaged furniture and broke a ceiling fan and tried to hide it without notifying us, costing us our deposit and still haven't responded to 2 calls asking for an explanation.it could also be my fault for not being more involved since I was dealing with 2 broken down vehicles on the day of the move. Just extremely frustrating on top of everything that went wrong.
DO NOT USE!!!!! This company was contracted by a broker company my inlaws used to coordinate their move from CA to OK. On the day of the move they upped the contracted price after almost all belongings were loaded on the truck. They are …

Mover for 33 yrs and NO ONE ESPECIALLY DRIVER can change amounts on contracts, sales.make up.contracts. NO ONE allowed to threaten or badger customers. NO DRIVER allowed to hold, refuse belongings to.anyone. If a contract set as COD, a cashiers check provided for amt needed, not cash ever. Prosperity movers was horrible ended up moving all my property myself after receiving a call stating they would be an hour and a half after the scheduled appointment time.

Wonderful guys! On time, friendly and took care of business at a great rate! Could not recommend them more.
The service we received was incredible. I cannot recommend them enough. Our move was crazy smooth (and fast). They took amazing care of everything - set anything up that they could, and truly did a fantastic job. They were fast and reliable. I can’t imagine anyone doing a better job. We have had so many moves- this was the smoothest and best that I can describe. Thank you Aaron and crew for taking such great care of us and our things- you are truly a blessing!
Melvin was amazing! Moved a hospital bed for us to a house and got it through the backyard exactly where it goes! Can't thank this guy enough! Great communication and super friendly! Would 100% recommend this company!
