Moved out of my unit here today to find all of my possessions in ruin with mold everywhere. Horrible customer service on Carlos' part. So very rude on the phone and in person to my MOTHER. What a joke. And the insurance doesn't cover a quarter of what I lost. I literally paid for them to ruin all of my stuff. If you rent here, take my advice and find another place!

Nothing is more disappointing and annoying than a company that doesn't fully and boldly disclose the actual cost of doing business with them. When ALL information isn't clearly and boldly disclosed (but hidden in small, fine print), consumers aren't able to make an informed discussion. This is the case with Trojan Storage. They stated that the (special) storage fee is $10/mo for a 5X5 unit when in fact it isn't because you MUST PURCHASE their insurance.
Be warned......got a great rate but went up 150 in the 2nd month!!! Nobody told me this would happen. Lack of honesty when you sign contract. Read the fine print! Shop around. If it's too good to be true usually is. No carts...have to go all the way to front office to get carts. Leave an ID. Must be high crime area.

My mom who is 83 years old is moving into retirement community. I live out of state. The place did not have the truck we reserved. Unfortunately we had to go elsewhere to a uhaul truck. The weird thing was they had a truck outside but said it was reserved for somewhere else.

Beware: this place is a rip-off! They lure you in, let you settle your items, and then suddenly hike up the prices. I've got a 5x10 storage unit, and they're now demanding $110/month - a staggering increase from my original rate of $30!
This place is unfortunately very scammy. They offer 2-3 month discount promotions. The issue is you have to move in the FIRST of the month to get the full promotion. If you move in August 21 - then all of August counts as your first …

I have my unit for about a year they don't tell you they raised the rent three times within a year it was ridiculous I would never use Trojan again

Spoke with Ashley over the phone and I have honestly never had a smile on my face the whole time setting up ANYTHING!! But let me tellll youuuu!!! Ashley was the greatest and made renting a unit an absolute breeze!! Got quality entertainment during computer loading wait times and her personality absolutely shined!! Even got a dance out tune when it was time to say good bye lol literally! All information and options were given in great detail with no rush whatsoever.
