Horrible Experience - Do Not Use Puget Sound Moving! I recently had the misfortune of hiring Puget Sound Moving for my move, and it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. On the day of your move they WILL ASK YOU FOR MORE MONEY as you are stuck or else will just leave! This is my second time using the services and I thought the first time was just a misunderstanding but I now understand the "way of their working" and want to inform all future customers about my experience.
PS Moving posts no surprise charges and posts the costs of the move on their website, but these prices are not what was quoted to me for the price per hour ($295 for 3 movers on quote vs $210 on web) or the minimum required hours (4 hr required instead of 2 hrs on website). The excuse given is that it is dynamic pricing, but there is no indication of this on their site, which is incredibly misleading They should remove incorrect prices and the pricing page entirely.
We had a terrible experience using Puget Sound Moving, I actually can’t even say we worked with them, they didn’t do our move. On the morning of our move the truck and crew arrived on time. They did a walkthrough of our home which was 2 stories, all details we provided. The crew said they couldn’t move us cause we had “too much to move”. They said it would take 8 hours instead of 5-6 hours. We agreed to the new time frame with their representative on the phone.
I regret hiring Puget Sound Moving & Storage and would not recommend them. During my move, the movers repeatedly hit my apartment walls and baseboards with furniture. In one instance, one mover warned the other that they were about to hit the wall, but they continued anyway and caused damage. The walls and baseboards were scratched, and I had to report the damage afterward. What disappointed me most was the company’s response.

Moving our son to his first apartment couldn’t have been easier! Tami’s quote was accurate, everyone was on time and communicating with us, Josh and Pedro during the move gave us lots of moving tips and were careful and efficient. I would use them again in a second. Tami was friendly and helpfiul when we booked the move and her estimate was right on the money. Also a shout out to Megan in the office for her post move followup!

These guys were fantastic! We had a furniture only cross town move for a 2B condo and used 3 men and a truck option. The crew were rockstars, diligently wrapping all the furniture items, disassembling where needed, and handling all of the stairs like pros. At the new place, we had a steep driveway and lots of stairs up to the front door. No problem, they got it all moved in no time. At the end of the day, no damage, fantastic service, and a very reasonable price! Can't recommend them more!

This was fine. Definitely the best price quote we found for the move, and I would say adequate service. There were a few things that I found annoying, like them refusing to take boxes under a certain size or appliances without boxes. We ended up having to return for two car-loads worth of leftover stuff the next day.
Amazing crew! Arrived right on time. Crew were consumate professionals. Armando led the crew like a magician before I knew it a hundred boxes and my furniture went poof as they were loaded into the truck. Carlos made heavy lifting look easy and kept spirits high with his singing as he worked. Luis was laser focused keeping his eyes on loading. They worked like a well oiled machine. They were as pleasant after the packing and 1.5 hour drive as when they first arrived.
