Not enough ratings
We hold limited information on this company. We have read 4 reviews for it, so anything below about what reviewers say rests on very little text. That is missing information rather than a clean record, and it is not a judgement about the business either way.
The rating breakdown
Google shows 9 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. 1 of those is one or two star.
Google’s published star breakdown
| Rating | Distribution | Count | Share |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 star | 8 | 88.9% | |
| 4 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 3 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 2 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 1 star | 1 | 11.1% |
Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What the complaints say
Moving goes wrong in a small number of specific ways. These are the ones reviewers describe in the low-star reviews we have read for QuadCrew Movers, counted by matching the words they used.
- Damage to belongings1 · 100%
Counted across the 1 one and two star review we have read for QuadCrew Movers. A review can describe more than one problem, so these do not add to 100%. Each share is rounded on its own.
In their own words
I had a very bad experience moving a piano with this company. They repeatedly said they have experience which turned out to be false. They damaged my piano and house and haven’t paid for any of the damages. Very disappointed and hope to save someone else the headache of dealing with them.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.
- Worked hard and fast1 · 33%
Counted across the 3 four and five star reviews we have read for QuadCrew Movers. A review can mention more than one thing.
