HORRIBLE COMPANY. They hire third party workers who DO NOT keep up with their word, and are out right rude. I have been missing products for 3 weeks on what was supposed to be a 5 day delivery at most. I’m starting to think my things have been stolen. They have lied about payment options, arrival dates, and customer service is under the ground and located in hell. No updates on where my belongings are or when they are coming.. I’m telling you now.. SAVE YOUR MONEY. Work with another company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My experience with Quick Ship Van Lines started out fine, I spoke with Jane on the phone who was very pleasant to deal with and tried to find me the best deal she could, and in a last ditch effort to get me to use their service, she offered for my "fully refundable" deposit to be half off saying that I could "lock in my price". I decided to do this, but after discussing finances with my partner, we decided to not utilize this service, so I began the process to get my refund back.

They scammed me! Paid deposit on move. Moving company showed up and asked for entire amount. Deposit was never credited. Paid 40% more on move than was estimated. They will NOT return phone calls or emails. Do not trust this company!!

Do not recommend ever, this company is just a broker. They sub out to other companies, and leave you hanging. Took my initial deposit, and day of pick up was a completely different company. Cheetah Movers! The California based company, not the Texas company. Totally different business. No Communication on the switch to a different company from the initial quote. The day of the move was informed of the company that was actually going to be moving my entire house.
Yeah, I looked at these reviews. Not my experience! They showed up in a rental. With 2 God knows where the two extra movers came from. The driver was nice enough. I asked for a Thursday, took off work, they came at 3:30 on Friday. Two days of work wasted. Mind you I scheduled this six weeks in advance. Then they doubled the price. 4k to 8k! And cash or money order only! It’s a bait and switch scheme! I wanted to cancel and reschedule with another company, but I would have lost my $1600 deposit!

The most horrific moving experience ever. They were bullies. Tell you what you want to hear and then it all changes hours before you move. They are a broker and could care less about you or your belongings. Zero communication. And when you threaten a bad review they retaliate and call your family names and say figure it out on your own.
