The Rational Moving team was super careful, fast, thorough and courteous. There were 3 strong, professional, movers overseen by Rational Moving owner George. I loved supporting a family-owned business. I can't say enough good things about all our communications (on the phone) prior to the move and during the move. On the phone, I spoke to George's wife, Abby, several times to coordinate all the details. Abby was super friendly, helpful and returned my calls quickly. The moving cost came within George's estimate.

After getting recommendations from several people, I chose Rational for my move from Scotts Valley to Watsonville. When George did his estimate, he made it clear the cost would not exceed his estimate regardless and there would be a prorated refund if under.. how nice to hear !! Upon moving day, they arrived on time (actually a few minutes early) and went right to work. The crew was fast, efficient and very nice. Once in Watsonville, my belongings were placed where I wanted them all with NO damage.

Where do I even begin? Right from the start they were incredibly helpful and flexible. I had a time crunch to move and not only did they accommodate my every wish but they were genuinely kind and incredibly responsive. Everything was packed delicately and there wasn’t a single scratch on any of my things. Without a doubt, I will be using them for every move after this! Thank you guys!!

Rational moving just moved us from Scotts Valley to Bonny Doon and I'm so glad I hired them! Rick and Roman came to our home in Scotts Valley for an estimate and the price they quoted is the price they moved us for, no extras or add-on fees despite stairs, a fridge that required disassembly, and some challenging parking situations. The crew was awesome, very professional, friendly, and willing to do whatever was needed.
