STAY AWAY. Damaged 45 items for over $7,000 and then refused to pay out even $1K. Made up all kinds of excuses, said they didn't disassemble items (which they did), refused to pay for stains on our couches, the list goes on and on. They damaged about 25% of everything they touched! Terrible moving job and terrible responses. I will be taking them to arbitration. They also yelled at my pregnant wife. Great customer service. It's too bad because I used Allied Van Lines for a corporate move and they were spectacular.

They were not the lowest bid, but thought we would go with a local company and reviews looked good. Move day went well and the loaders were professional, very nice and we thought everything would go well. They loaded on a Friday and delivery was for Monday. Things started to go very wrong on Friday when we were told by the office that delivery would not be on Monday (this is after we signed and paid for everything) and if fact they would have to get back to us about the delivery date.
Everyone should beware our experience could not have been worse. The quoting process was complicated and deceptive, the move was a complete mess,our stuff was shipped on different trucks at different times it was moved and unpacked 3 times our boxes and bins were crushed.i called my rep for follow up and they to date have ignored us. The claim process is a challenge I believe they make it so in order for you to just give up. One dept. To another.
Absolutely the worst moving experience I’ve ever had. From start to finish, it was a complete nightmare. Nearly everything was packaged without care, leaving many items damaged. It felt like nobody took responsibility — the salesman passed me off to someone else, and every person after did the same. There was no single point of contact, no accountability, and no assurance for the customer. It’s like being trapped in a maze with no way out.

Thank you to our moving crew, Juan, Melvin, and Cynthia for excellent service! They worked efficiently and carefully to pack our NH household, deliver, and set us up in our new home. Juan even repaired a piece of furniture that had been broken years ago. We appreciated the care they took with our belongings, the humor, the salsa music, and their camaraderie. Juan and his team did an excellent job with my recent move in NH. I would highly recommend Ray the Mover. I have used this Company for previous moves in NH. The team was very helpful and nice to work with! Juan is great at what he does and pays attention to the details. Move went very smoothly even in cold snowy winter conditions - nothing damaged.
We used Ray the movers with Christian Lopez as the driver . He did a top notch job throughout the whole process! We are so grateful for how he coordinated all that went into this service - He was so professional and efficient! We would definitely use them again ! We would highly recommend!
