I was overcharged, and my my final weight was 1,000 pounds less than the original weight and never refunded me. I’m missing a lot of my stuff, like paintings, Le Crest pans, etc. I called them they numerous times and they told me that it was over a year so I couldn’t file a claim because it was over a year! The reason for that is my home was renovated at the time and the boxes were in my basement! Pleas do not use his company!
Dear Maria: I located your paperwork from your 12/15/18 move. It is difficult to entertain a claim on a move that was completed twenty-six (26) months ago. However, I am contacting you by Email to see what we can do. Thank you for bringing this to my attention. John Smarge, President
We used Ray The Mover when we were moving from Lowell, Mass to Marco Island Florida. We got prices from different moving companies as we wanted our items to be carefully handled including my 1987 Datsun 300zx which I was told would be moved inside of a truck by Ray The Mover as they lowballed us on the price of other moving companies. As we were driving to Florida on 75 when by chance do I see is my 300zx on the back of a flatbed tow truck, we actually passed it.
Hi Elizabeth, We’re sorry to hear about your experience—but we must clarify that Ray the Mover of Naples, Florida has absolutely no affiliation with the company you’re referencing, which appears to be Ray the Mover based in New Hampshire. Your move took place over 20 years ago.
He seemed like a really nice guy! When the owner of the company came to my house to do an estimate I got a really good feeling about him. I trusted his judgement, I SHOULD NOT HAVE! He explained the 2 large TV's must be crated and the crates were $75. I agreed and he sent me a quote. His quote was about the same as the other 2 I received, I went with him. On moving day I left my husband at the old house and I went ahead to the new house.
Their okay. Somewhere along the lines of our move, a box was stolen that had all my personal information, tax returns, divorce papers, etc. So I don't trust them and I don't trust North American. Only box missing was the personal information. So either they stole it or North American stole it. I now am a victim of identity fraud, my son too, and his father. Do sorry, don't trust them! Only one star because system makes you oick it to post information.
Dear Jackie: I am sorry about the issue with the reported missing carton. I understand that you called my office a number of times - first to report a missing wardrobe carton (that is used to pack hanging clothes) and then to report that it wasn't a wardrobe, but instead was a small box.
Horrible experience. I would not trust these guys moving a teddy bear let alone a house load of furniture. Seems like they contact guys from craigslist to move your stuff. Very shady operation and horrible customer service.

Used them to move from Naples to Navarre Fl. about 9 hours away. Scheduled move with Michelle who came out and did the walk through estimate. She was professional and explained/ answered all questions. Communication went between her and Stephanie to get things all signed and ready. We added a few changes and were accommodated without problems. Troy and Juan came and packed our belongings. Took their time and wrapped breakable things appropriately.

Last week, Ray and Jeffrey packed up my villa. Not only did they work well together, they were understanding when there ended up being some extra things that had to be re-packed, which wasn’t what they had planned to do when they first came to my villa. They were very thorough, careful with my belongings, and pleasant.//Today, my furniture was delivered by Nick and Travis. Again, things couldn’t have gone smoother. Everything was inventoried. They actually asked me where I wanted things to go.

I recommend Ray the Mover from Manchester. We used them to move to Florida and it went flawlessly. Kathy came to the house and walked us through the process, inventory and packing tips. We had to reschedule on them due to changes in our schedule and they were very accommodating to our new date. They showed up right on time and arrived at the new location right in the window promised. The driver Dave was wonderful and he is very nice person!. His helpers were busy working hard and carefully.

I did a lot of research on the various moving companies in Naples, Fl before I decided to go with Ray the Mover. I read all of the reviews on each company and it was very clear that Ray the Mover received the highest ratings on each reply. My move consisted of two sofas, two side chairs with ottomans, two end tables and two lamps. All the furniture was being sent to my son in Indiana. On the day of the move the two Ray employees arrived princely on time and without any delay staring the packing process.
