In their own words
We’ve used this moving company three times over the years, and until now, we had no complaints. In fact, we specifically requested the same crew, including Julio, because of the good experiences we had in the past. Unfortunately, this most recent move.. helping my elderly father relocate between an apartment to an senior living residences just 20 minutes apart... was a complete disappointment.
Called them three times, they could have just quoted me then and there. Directed to the website, filled out the form. Got the quote back, called in to pay. SURPRISE! Suddenly booked after three days of calling, and emails they seem nice enough but that’s woefully inefficient.
Just called supper Arrogant and rude customer service there is much better companies that are more driven towards customer service save your money

In their own words
My family and I used RocknRoll movers. They are the best. We had a short move time and they were able to meet our schedule needs. Everyone that help schedule the move were responsive and all the paperwork was quick and easy. They kept in touch leading up to the move making everything easy. The day of the move the crew showed up on time and were completely professional. Each guy on the crew introduced themselves and were very friendly. They walked through all aspects of the move with me and my wife.
I highly highly recommend REAL RocknRoll Movers for ALL your moving needs!!! GREAT SERVICE!!!! And the rates are extremely fair! From the moment I reached out to them the customer service was superb! And they made it super easy -- no appointments to do a walk through or virtual walk through. I just had to fill out a very simple inventory list. The day of the move they arrived on time and all had great attitudes. They wrapped our furnishing very nicely and were extremely professional.
The crew was a tad pirate-y; in a good way. They played rock music on their phones (which I enjoyed) and joked about partying (oh, those were fun days), all of which somehow felt perfectly on brand. More importantly, they were friendly, conscientious, hardworking, and genuinely skilled. Every one of my mom’s fragile items—mirrors, antiques, glass front furniture—arrived in perfect condition.
We had used Real RocknRoll in the past for a move based on a friend’s recommendation, and their first workmanship brought us back to them for our second move. This time, we enlisted their packing services. Between a full time job, a one year old baby, and a house that needed renovations before moving in, time just got away from us and we just couldn’t fathom packing our 3 bedroom house in the timeframe we needed to. The team of Ben, Drake, LaRue, Raanan, and McQueen did a PHENOMENAL job both packing and moving us.
