I used their service a couple of months ago to facilitate a local move. Upon arrival I noticed the the moving truck did not say "Redlands Moving Co." I cannot remember the name on the truck but it had Johnny Bravo on it. My first thought was that Redlands Moving Co. Sub contracts to other companies, and I didn't think too much of it. I then noticed that once the 2 movers opened the truck to start loading things it was not completely empty.

My family had a very poor experience. I understand that furniture may be broken in a move (and it was) and mistakes happen. My disappointment was not that it happened but how these items were managed. First, Debbie was always kind and helpful and I appreciated that. That being said their claims and loss control representative Rochelle gaslighted us for two months. At first she listened and assured us she would investigate the issues and make things right.
Very poor experience. Negotiated terms of the move directly with owner. When goods were delivered, it turns out full service was not that at all. With no surprises on my part, had to pay a surprise extra fee! Ironically, I had discussed …
I hate writing bad reviews, but haven't been able to find any meaningful resolution. Redlands moving came highly recommended to me. I called them and James scheduled a date and gave some pro tips. I called back later to ask about how to prep, and Debbie gave me more tips, and also recommended that I purchase a new installation kit for the washer and dryer (more on this later). The crew arrived on time and were generally courteous. It was a 4 man crew. Two of them appeared more seasoned and experienced.

We hired Redlands Moving company to assist in a move for a five bedroom, four bathroom house in May of 2024. If you are considering using this moving company, please be aware that they will charge you extra if you do not pay cash (so have at least a few thousand extra on hand for a big move because they will underestimate the amount of hours your move will be).

Very poor experience by Redlands Moving & Storage. Movers took no inventory. They did not perform a walkthrough with me and left a drawer full of items. I felt rushed on the day of moving, and they were unprofessional. I paid 6k to move an apartment worth of stuff. They destroyed two televisions and refused to help with the costs of replacement. When I tried to call to report the missing and damaged items, I was told it was not possible, and she stood on that until she started yelling at me.

I hired this company to store my belongings between moves. My moving truck was "stolen" while it was parked inside their locked warehouse. The detective who worked my case later found out that it was an inside job. Not only did my entire moving truck contents disappear, the company was negligent and did not weigh my truck before storage, which affected my ability to properly file an insurance claim. The company did not offer to reimburse me anything or to file a claim for me through their insurers.

Moving from Big Bear to Vista is no small feat, but these Anthony and Juan made it look easy. We had large couches that needed to be disassembled and reassembled, multiple TVs, and some really delicate oversized vases and they handled every single item with care and confidence. On top of that, they were navigating extra foggy mountain conditions and challenging traffic without ever letting it affect the quality of their work.

I have used Redlands Moving and Storage multiple times. Most recently Josh and Sammy helped me out with moving my furniture less than 10 minutes away. They were professional and took such great care in preparing the furniture to be moved. They were very thorough in padding and wrapping all of my furniture, including my antique secretary and china cabinets. They were both energetic, strong and careful.
