In their own words
I would give them negative stars. Beware of this group. They may be local but not honest or trustworthy. They don’t take responsibility for lost (stolen) items. Be sure to read the fine print about insurance. They never mentioned it to me and will check the minimum coverage option. It’s best for them but not you. I had a damaged refrigerator, lost computer and Hermes blanket. When I saw the fridge dents the guy laughed and said he didn’t check it before moving it.
Hi Sandra Keller, We'd like to apologize for your experience. We always make an effort to help all our clients and we're sorry we didn't meet your expectations. Please give us a call at ([phone removed] so we can make this right.- Regards, Redondo Van & Storage
Stole both our sons’ wallets in our move last month. Hid behind the fine print and their being in business “since 1919.” Police report filed and Better Business Bureau complaint logged but neither helps our 6 & 9 year olds understand why someone would take what they’d earned thru hard work—from two distinct locations. Feel like an even bigger sucker for giving the movers so significant a tip before realizing what had happened.
They are ok. I have some items missing but of course they didn't see anything. It costs you to rent storage which is ok but then they charge you to get your items out. 30usd an hr to pull your stored items, each time.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
We used Redondo Van & Storage in July 2020. We could not have been more pleased working with the entire team. The front office was available to answer all questions (and I had many due to moving during CoVid). In order to help streamline the move, they allowed us to pick up our boxes from the office ahead of time so we could have them packed and ready to go vs. waiting for them to be delivered day of on the truck.
I recently hired this moving company, and I can't say enough about their excellent service. From the moment they arrived, their professionalism and efficiency were evident. They handled our belongings with the utmost care, ensuring everything was securely packed and transported. What truly impressed me was their reasonable pricing, providing top-notch service without breaking the bank. I highly recommend these movers to anyone in need of a stress-free, smooth relocation.

Redondo Van & Storage Please seriously consider Redondo Van & Storage (RVS) for your moving needs. I just used them for a cross country move pack out. They do not drive across the country but they refer you to a company called U-Pack in LA. From there your household goods go in a container truck (we reserved 20’ of the 28’ ) and is driven across the country where U-Pack on the receiving end drops the trailer at your house. This review is for the RVS portion of the move.

This family-owned company has been around for over 100 years, and many of their employees have been with them for 30+ years—which speaks volumes about the quality of their service. Ryan personally walked through our apartment to assess the job, providing us with a detailed and transparent estimate.
