I used Regency for my move in May. The movers showed up on time but the move was VERY rushed. They did not wrap my items correctly and my items was placed in the moving truck incorrectly. When my family got to our new home we noticed our 65 inch living room tv was smashed and the legs were broken. The movers apologized, which doesn’t fix it but we also noticed we had valuable pictures frames damaged during the move as well. Submitting a claim for these items were a nightmare!!!!
Absolutely awful experience with this company. Had 2 trucks and 5 movers. First truck showed up an hour late but that group of 3 was somewhat hard working and I have little to say, either really positive or negative about them. The other truck with 2 showed up 3 hours late. They were the worst movers in the history of the business. They didn't do anything. I mean it- they watched the other 3.
All of our power tools, home hand held tools, holiday decorations, family collectibles, cast iron pans, children’s bin of preschool and kindergarten “art” work, winter coats, and 8 containers of prepackaged Army food containers— all from the same exact quad square of our basement from our Diddy move in May have all “not made our move” from Alexandria- fort Belvoir- to Leesburg.
Would have submitted review earlier, but busy unpacking, arranging, etc. My wife and I don’t have that much experience in moving, but our move performed by Regency was beyond horrible. Over $1000.00 in damaged/destroyed goods including a …

We have used Regency Moving and Storage LLC for four different moves: from Virginia to Tennessee, from Tennessee back to Virginia, between two locations in Virginia, and one move that included delivering part of our household to a storage facility. Across every single move, nothing was ever damaged or broken. As a military family with more than 10 moves under our belt, that’s an incredible accomplishment. Regency is the only moving company we’ve used that hasn’t damaged any of our household belongings.

Excellent service and very fair price. Cliff (the owner) came to my home himself within one week of my initial call and I was moved 250 miles within two weeks of the estimate. Everything as discussed and no damage. The final price was actually less than the estimate. Highly recommend this company!
