We had to rent our unit for one extra week until we could move our stuff out. We were told we had to pay for an entire month and we would be prorated after we moved out to receive a refund for the unused days. Never heard from them or got any money. Stay away from these shady lying scammers

Horrible service if you have a trailer and need to get it out don’t rent here Penske trucks are always blocking the storages for access good luck go somewhere else.

Price is too high! The discounts are ridiculous. The lady at the front desk was really nice though, she'd said she knew me, but actually didnt lol

I had a great experience with River Crossing Avondale Storage Co. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, which made the whole process so much easier. The storage unit itself was exactly what we needed, clean, secure, and the perfect size. We also used one of their trucks, and it worked out perfectly, reliable and made moving a lot less stressful.
