I will continue to defend myself because apparently lying on the reviews is another way they try to hide how they treat loyal tenants. Like I mentioned in my previous post. Yall agreed to letting me pay my rent at a certain date. Then went behind my back and threatened me a with a fake eviction and canceled once I moved out. Then increased my balance to $2300.00 and never responded about my security deposit. Everything is about money with them. Yall be careful.
This company is an absolute disgrace. Once they have your money, getting anything repaired seems nearly impossible. I’ve called repeatedly about serious maintenance issues and have gotten little to no response. …
I would not recommend renting from RJR Maintenance & Management based on my experience. I provided my required notice to move out and maintained communication with the office throughout the process. During that time, I was told different things by different employees about my move-out and what rent would be owed if I vacated early. After I moved, I was billed for charges that I disputed and repeatedly requested documentation supporting those charges. Communication became very frustrating.
Absolutely the worst rental company I have ever dealt with. They have no problem taking your rent every month, but when it comes to making repairs or addressing serious maintenance issues, you’re completely ignored. I’ve called over and over, yet nothing gets fixed. The complete lack of professionalism, communication, and concern for tenants is beyond unacceptable. It’s infuriating to pay for a home and then be left wondering if it’s even safe to live in because the people responsible refuse to do their job.
I tried to rent from them, but they took my application money and my application And denied me with no reason at all. The women at the front desk are very rude. They should all just get a different job. They didn't acknowledge my job because I got paid more than them. I think their prejudice against native Americans. To be honest with you, I promote against them and I am doing a document series and they will be featured in my document series as the one of the worst rental places.

I have never dealt with a rental company as unprofessional and unresponsive as this one. Maintenance requests are ignored, phone calls go unanswered, and serious issues are left unresolved for far too long. As a tenant, it’s incredibly frustrating to pay rent every month and still have to live with problems that should have been addressed long ago. The lack of communication and concern for tenant safety is unacceptable.
They will find any excuse to keep your deposit and try to charge you more money after the fact. Your unit will be in better condition when you move out than it was when you moved in and they will charge you for maintenance unrelated to your occupancy as a show of gratitude.
Horrible people at there job. My husband had a showing scheduled and we live 2 hours away so Kie said he would hold it until my husband gets here and looks at it. While he was driving there he got a message saying it's been rented out. Ok.. …

I haven't personally rented from rjr but I've heard they r great to rent from as they r quick to respond when needed and if there's an issue they send someone promptly to check on it and staff is always friendly.
RJR Maintenance & Management does a fantastic job! I recently purchased a rental home in Bismarck. As an out-of-state landlord I was concerned with showing the property, maintaining and snow removal. RJR thankfully came to my rescue, they took over all aspects of managing the property. They advertised it and we have, in less than 30 days, a renter! I HIGHLY recommend RJR.

I did not move yet but so far, from rental application to approval everything's smooth sailing, Kay and Ausi ( I'm not sure if the spelling of their names are correct ) are nice and answer my questions in a timely manner, hope and pray that everything will stay the same, my daughter and I are excited to move 🥰 …
I heard alot of bad things about rjr but they have been great, with everything, the only thing is I have bad knees and osteoarthritis and I need a unit that don't have as many stairs. 😁 Rjr is amazing if your honest and respectful they treat you the same way they do their job well, the staff are all wonderful …
