In their own words
I have been renting there since the start! I started with there smallest unit back then years ago and now I currently hold a bigger shop. But the entire time watching this place grow to what it is today is amazing! And they totally deserve it. Chad (owner) is one of the most down to earth, friendly and always fair business owners I've ever met! He truly is a blessing and so kind hearted.
Thank you so much for taking the time to write this. Watching this place grow alongside long-term tenants like you has been one of the most rewarding parts of the journey. We really try to treat people the way we’d want to be … More
Chad and his staff were absolutely delightful to work with. They were responsive to messages and all of my concerns. They were accommodating to my needs and very understanding of my need for a short term storage solution. Would recommend Storage Kings to anyone needing storage in the Bismarck area!!
Thank you for your wonderful review, Ashley! We're thrilled to hear that Chad and the team provided you with exceptional service. Your recommendation means a lot to us, and we appreciate your kind words. We hope to assist you again in the future!
Quick and professional service, very helpful. Very clean and solid units, nice people to work with. Prices are good and competitive for what you get.
Thank you for your kind words, Riaan! We’re glad to hear you had a positive experience with our service and found our units to your satisfaction. Your support means a lot to us!
Storage Kings is a great place to store your property. I often read about storage units being broken into and property being stolen, and that is the main reason I switched to Storage Kings, from controlled access to the security cameras, I never worry about my unit being compromised. They do a great job with snow removal too.
Thank you for your wonderful review, Mike! We're thrilled to hear that you feel secure storing your property with us. Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities. We appreciate your kind words about our services!
