Had these guys help me move from my apartment and bring all my things to my new place. The entire time we were loading up, they could not stop poking fun at my name and cracking jokes. I was going to let it slide, but as we arrived at the new apartment, they continued to do so without any reason at all. Ive never met these individuals until now and I'd have rather kept it that way. I found it to be extremely disrespectful and I won't tolerate this. There isn't much I can do about it anymore but i can do this.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

I am leaving this review for my parents who moved from their home of 48 years into a condo on 7/20/26. Manny and his crew were very professional, kind and respectful of my parents and their belongings. The move was seamless and efficient as they took great care in handling each piece of furniture and box, and making sure to place their items exactly where they wanted them. We would definitely recommend Wrap n Pack to anyone needing their services. Thank you so much guys!
Manny and his crew moved a piano for my daughter. They provided wonderful communication throughout the whole process including ETA. They were more than prepared for the move with an adequate amount of workers and they safely secured and wrapped the piano during transit. I highly recommend wrap and pack for all your moving needs!
Our team of 3 was very prompt. They walked us through what would/ could happen before they started and how they would handle it if something came up. They got us loaded up and unloaded in just under 2 hours with everything in place and great care taken to our property and the buildings they were moving in and out of.
Gerald and Nikki honestly can’t say enough about how amazing Wrap and Pack helped with our move. They are so professional, clean and moved our furniture with such great care. They are 100% percent the best moving company in my eyes. Thank you all for taking such good care of our belongings. We so appreciate you all very much. The Jacob’s
