A Very Unhappy Customer Beware of using this company. Even though they were recommended to us and the company was Diamond Certified, we were extremely dissatisfied with the entire move in and out process. We hired the company to move us from Santa Rosa, CA to Oceanside CA. The company's moving/packing estimates were higher than we expected, however, with their additional packing charges added on after all our belongings were packed up, they still came in way over their estimate.
Pros: Movers are fast and they'll give you a flat rate unlike other companies who only want to give hourly rates. Cons: I'm really disappointed with how the moving team treated my belongings. We started at my storage unit and it was evident they lacked experience. One kid who couldn't have been a day over 18 dropped almost every load he brought of my belongings onto the pavement. When moving out of my apartment, they broke the door off my armoire and didn't even bother to say anything or try to fix it.
SCAM ARTISTS. The first red flag was the day of the move our sales guy Fabian promised to be present the day of our move to personally pack an antique furniture piece. The morning of the move he claimed he had a flat tire...what a coincidence. The second red flag was the driver/mover named Marcos, who was responsible for tagging our stuff for inventory, was on his cell most of the time. My move was for cross country and was being delivered into storage. I was only told upfront that I had 9 months to file claims.
Good communication and friendly people. We had an awful move and lost a few pieces of furniture other items to irreparable damages. They packed everything like they were inexperienced or just careless. Whe they had loaded 80% of our …
Not much to add to the pictures. They destroyed the whole kitchen set and once notified of the damage we were told “sorry, submit your claim and you should hear back in 90 days”.

The two gentlemen who packed and moved me today were excellent! Mike was communicative, professional and super quick. BIG thank you to you both. Highly recommend
I had an outstanding experience with this company from start to finish. My move originated in Beverly Hills and required long-term storage for 16 months, which can be stressful with most moving companies but they handled everything flawlessly. At one point, I realized I had left behind extremely important documents, including my passport.
North American Van Lines Driver/Mover Matt Phillips was phenomenal. Matt helped make the move from SoCal to Florida worry-free. On load day, he orchestrated the crew while taking detailed inventory of my belongings. On delivery day, he showed up promptly at the agreed time. Before unloading, he gave my Mom and me cold bottles of cold water before single-handedly unloading my 40 boxes and furniture all the while projecting a positive, can-do attitude. He worked fast and efficiently.
These guys were great. We have expensive stuff, so it arriving without damage was of the utmost importance. We explained all this to Rich when we were getting our quote. We opted for the 1-3 day move from SF to Oceanside, in California. Meaning, pack one day, drive one day, deliver the third day. They also made a custom wood crate for a marble buffet top that we have, and it was just our items in the truck. With all this the quote was still one of the least expensive that we got.
