In their own words
After the move, the owner gave me several different explanations and solutions. At different times, he said he would replace my refrigerator, refund the full amount, refund part of it, or that I somehow owed more money. The story changed repeatedly. I followed every step he asked, including going to look at replacement refrigerators. In the end, I received a $500 refund, which I appreciate, but the refrigerator issues were never fully resolved. The movers arrived in a rented Penske truck.

This is one of the best moving companies I have ever used! They are fairly priced, extremely professional, flexible, communicative and overall genuinely nice people. I could tell by working with them that they really care about their customers and want to do the best job they can for you. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Historically, moving has been very stressful for me.
