Had a unit there for 4 years holding my deceased mother's things. Recently I developed cancer and became severely disabled, I got 2 months behind but still contacted her monthly saying I could put half down, she assured me I didn't need to and Martie agreed to hold the unit through Dec as I was getting my disability settlement at the end of Nov. At which time I would pay a year ahead as usual. She sold the unit without notifying me in any way at all, no calls, no texts, nothing.
I am very upset with this storage unit! I went to retrieve some items, and rhe entire inside of the unit is COVERED with DIRT AND DUST! The access roads were not paved for years!! I would like to sue the company for ruining the valuables I have stored there, which are from my parents' home. I can't even get in amongst the items I have there without having trouble breathing in the dust and dirt.

The woman that runs the office here, FANTASTIC! She's so friendly and helpful. Place is very secure, indoor storage units. It's always clean, and tidy. Definitely would recommend this storage facility for anyone looking. Great prices for units.
Great experience all around. The on-site team was responsive, units were very clean, access was simple. I moved back to IN so I took everything with me but would recommend these storage units to anyone, good work guys
Martie is a kind soul she helps you out when she doesn't even need to. fairest prices in all of peoria allot of these other storage places charge rediculous prices so was very happy to see these were affordable. very clean units and has a great personality. its just a shame the area shes in cause seeing some of these reviews that are negative are legit people who are just making false statements because they couldn't pay. Definitely recommend this place if you want a spot that actually cares about people.
Throughout my time there, Martie was wonderful! I made sure each morning I stopped in to drop in and say hi and get a daily laugh. Times got hard and I got behind and she helped the best way she could but did what she had to. It's very understandable but overall my stay there was pleasant
