I used this company to move a few years back and they hire little punks that steal. Check the truck. My review is not false as the business owner wants to state. I used their services. I did not report anything to the business because by the time I got through my moving boxes and realized that my cd's had been stolen it had been months, so I figured they would not do anything. And evidently from the tone of their response to my review, I would be correct.

We have never experienced such an awful & unprofessional attitude as we did with Tim Rollins at Rollins Moving & storage. Our move from OH to NC was set and confirmed. Then Tim Rollins calls us 5 days before our move to cancel, leaving us …
I didn't even order Rollins moving & storage but they want to park in my lot for there convenience who cares where you park trucks they don't belong on my property

Rollins Moving helped us with the heavy items and all of our furniture, and they delivered an experience that was genuinely outstanding. The team was quick, efficient, and incredibly courteous. Every request we made was met without hesitation, and they made us feel heard and fully taken care of throughout the entire process. Their pricing was far cheaper than what we’ve paid with other movers, yet the quality of service was just as high—if not better.
Overall, very pleased with my experience with Rollins Moving. Gentlemen showed up on time and got right to work. 3 guys moving mostly boxes and had it all out quickly. Delivery to the new address was smooth as they put things where we indicated. They moved nothing too fragile so i can't speak to their being careful though they were prepared with hand trucks and moving blankets. 1 of the workers spent the majority of the time griping about things being heavy or the time it was taking but the other two were great.
The guys did great work for a fair price. I will never move solo again totally worth it. Thank you so much.
The company was established in 1880 and is BBB Accredited! Doug and the team are extremely responsive, excellent communication and professional. On the day of the move, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The movers understood I am very sentimental and took great care of my items. Highly recommend!!
