Place lacks professionalism The worker Crystal is always on the phone always on social media accounts until somebody walks in and she begins her rudeness… she tries to hurry up and mute when people walk in.. she has her company come up and meet with her in there when I came here to make a payment. They had an argument about something that was non-work related. please go somewhere else guys. You’ll find better place and better professionalism and better bang for your buck..

Paid for insurance for the unit and everything and when we opened it up it was filled with rat droppings and hundreds of dollars worth of wigs and fabric were destroyed BY RATS!!!! I have the pictures... also a picture of a DEAD RAT directly outside the unit

I like to know how I can pay and have a storage locker here and I pull in to unload my camper into the unit. Hour or so later Brittany the new office lady calls and has us removed from the property! How is me pulling a camper and unloading and loading it any different then someone pulling a trailer! It’s not. I pay for 24 hr access! And I’ve been denied that access! The correct ppl are going to be notified. Cause she breached our contract! I’m aloud 24 hrs access and she denied that to me!
This is a good and convenient storage center. Although they had a break in and someone entered my storage unit. The facility fix the door but did not offer any kind of compensation or even a new lock. They have upgraded their security with new camera and fencing alarm but that still does not take the mad taste out of my mouth.
They cut my lock off my unit do to be a month past due which I understand that. But does not give them the right to look inside my unit to see what is inside of it. Will for be getting my stuff out of there right of way. Because they …
