The site manager was not helpful at all. I asked her to ask the owners to add a security camera in the rows with the new units and she was very rude and said it's not going to happen. The property has had multiple units broken into and they are not willing to invest in security cameras. The property has a gate you can walk under or over, and there's not a fence around the property. I will be moving out after a month and do not recommend using this site. There's a Public Storage down the road with adequate security.

Absolute garbage!! We’ve had two units here for just over a month and for the last 2 weekends in a row our unit behind the gate has been broken into! They couldn’t get a specialty lock off the unit this time so cute through the unit itself! Said unit is now useless. The management here did literally NOTHING!!! Asked for a more secure unit and was told I’d have to pay full price and she wouldn’t price match the ruined unit. Asked for a discount on the last 2 weeks and she couldn’t do anything.

My unit along with others was broken into about a month ago I was called about it and went to the location to see for myself I was lucky enough to have nothing missing and the manager was putting a new lock on while I was standing there I left feeling great about that whole situation but today I was called and asked when I would be there to put a lock on so of course I said I don't think I should have to I bought it from you and someone else cut it off I didn't think that was right so I'll be packing up this…

Stop-N-Go Storage is a fantastic place to store items. We were looking for a 5x10 unit for our daughter in college to store some of her many belongings. Stop-N-Go Storage was the only location in the area that I found that runs a college special (which was $200 less than the other places I looked at!). Plus, since my daughter is sharing the unit with 2 other friends, Bettie helped us figure out the details of getting everything set up with a combination lock that would work for all three families.

Very clean and accommodating facility, Bettie provided excellent customer service by being patient with all my inquiries, gave me a complete tour to my unit and explained the options as well as the rules of the institution. She made the rather bleak circumstances that brought me there feel lighter. Will recommend to anyone who needs such services.
