In their own words
I’m returning to the trucking industry after a few years of finishing school and working more traditional desk jobs. I won’t go into my full experience with Werner Enterprises, but I will share what happened today when I was signing for a truck to start on my account. After being upgraded, I was shown two Internationals both had dead batteries and dirty interiors. I was told to contact maintenance to have them jumped.
This is for driver, pulling trailer number 389678. The time is 1:10 PM 06/23/26 ,and I am on I 80 W. as you just passed me.. I hope your safety sees this what I write down here.. There was a truck on the shoulder with his four ways on as your driver, pulling number trailer 389678. Nobody is in the left lane as my blinker is trying to get out of the right lane because of the truck that’s on the shoulder with as far away is on your Driver decided to just stay in the middle lane without even getting over ..
I had a very bad experience at this facility. They did not allow me to leave the property for about an hour, even though I clearly stated that I needed to exit. No one provided a proper explanation, and the staff was unhelpful and unprofessional. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and creates serious safety concerns for drivers. No driver should be held against their will. I do not recommend this place.
It was morning 5am. One of the Werner's truck driver behavior on night time at Rest Area in OH Rt 23. He has parked on wrong spot and blocked the leaving out space for other trucks on the right side of parking. I knocked to truck driver's window to ask him to move his truck as it was blocking my space to leave. But that driver was dead sleep. Trailer 376156 was equiped with this truck.
Your truck drivers are just out here on the road trying to kill people and yet this is what you call a good company would never use you would never recommend you would tell everybody in the world not to use you because your trucks are trying to kill everybody on the road
On our way home from chemo and was run off the highway by this truck. After getting back on the road and passing him, it was evident that he was still clueless. My father, husband and uncle drive for a living so I’m very aware of blind …

It really shouldn’t be this difficult to shower while being otr for weeks at a time. Towels should just come with keys with driver given the option to decline especially when you haven’t been here before. Be mindful that bc they don’t …
