The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
I had a terrible experience with an "online broker" moving company previously, but Rose Moving and Storage showed me that there are truly excellent moving companies out there, and Rose is truly excellent. Everyone I worked with was very polite, helpful, and communicative. The move was affordable, stress-free, and my belongings would have arrived early if I had been there to receive them. Of course, these folks worked seemlessly with my schedule and the job was done promptly and quickly.
Thank you, Craig! We’re so happy to hear that our team helped turn your moving experience around. It means a lot that you trusted Rose Moving & Storage after a difficult past move, and we’re glad we could make this one smooth, affordable, and stress-free.
My family and I chose Rose Moving & Storage for our big move from Michigan to Washington, and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience. Moving across the country is a situation where so many things can go wrong, but Rose Moving & Storage made the entire process feel seamless and stress-free. We lived in a two-bedroom townhome, and the team came the day before our move to pack everything up. All packing materials were included, and the two-person team packed our entire home in under four hours!
Thank you, Katerina, for your wonderful review! We're thrilled to hear that your move from Michigan to Washington was such a positive experience. Long-distance moves can be stressful, so it's great to know that Judy, Paul, and our packing … More
My family and I have had the pleasure of working with Rose Moving & Storage throughout my career which has taken us not only up the East Coast and across the US but also overseas to Shanghai and Tokyo and back to the US. After 7 moves all with Rose, they continue to excel and provide the highest quality of service from their great communication and coordination to the excellent teams they have supported our moves with.
Brandon, thank you for your thoughtful review and for trusting Rose Moving & Storage with so many of your moves over the years. We’re honored to have supported your family through local, cross-country, and international relocations.
The gentleman who came for the estimate was right on time and very friendly. The movers did a great job. They were very professional and even had the tools to take apart a desk that wouldn't fit through a door. That desk had been in that room for over thirty years so none of us knew how it got in there. Once the movers went from Michigan to Cincinnati Ohio, they remembered exactly how to put it back together along with setting everything in the house right where we wanted it.
