This is my honest review of Royal Moving Company. The moving crew arrived on the scheduled day (Friday) with three people: two movers and a manager. Initially, everything went smoothly, and the manager was professional, respectful, and helpful throughout the process. Unfortunately, during the loading process, the experience took a very concerning turn. The two movers became involved in a serious argument and were shouting at each other inside our home.

I’ll preface this by saying I didn’t use this company for their moving services. I’m simply a resident of an apartment building they were moving someone out of, and their team was incredibly rude and inconsiderate. As I was leaving the building, the elevator doors opened and they didn’t even wait for me to step off, they immediately started pushing their dollies on before I could exit.

I hired this company thinking that these people will be professional, but they were completely not. They have stolen my four gold bangles and a diamond pendant and diamond earrings from my house in spite of repeatedly telling them not to go in specific rooms. They constantly went into the rooms. Please do not have a book this company.

I called the San Jose Royal Moving & Storage office, got the usual teleprompts, and then there was a long wait. So I called the Los Angeles numbers. Same teleprompts. After a long wait for the call to be picked up, a virtual assistant answered the call and proceeded to ask me questions. SO MUCH FOR PERSONAL SERVICE!! Crew arrived on time and provided excellent services. Worked quickly, accurately and very efficiently. Dressed professionally neat. Highly recommend for moving services.
Nick and Yan saved the day with our move! We had a lot of heavy furniture and breakable decor and they wrapped everything perfectly and nothing was broken. They had great attitudes during the day and kept smiling even when having to run up and down the stairs all day. It's worth noting that even though I filled out the itinerary with a variety of furniture and explained how much stuff we had, Royal only sent 2 people. This move would have been faster and cheaper had they sent more.
Nick and team did a wonderful job! They handled all of our items with care and were very efficient and communicative throughout. We would recommend!
Multi stop move took a lot longer than expected and the guys did a great job handling a bigger job than any of us thought it would be. They were efficient and very nice. 10/10 for my movers. The only issue is the night before they called trying to move my move. I told them that didn’t work and was going to book someone else so then they ended up changing it back. Was a moment of stress but all ended up working out great! Thank you!
