In their own words
Bob is terrific — prompt, friendly, experienced & communicative. In one visit he did a combo of treatments & tuning so my piano (in storage for a year!) is once again a joy to play. Highly recommend!
Thanks Anne. Great to meet you and welcome to Chico!
Bob is efficient, friendly, and professional. I would highly recommend his services to anyone.
Thanks Traci!
I would highly recommend Bob Runyan for tuning and repairing pianos. As a registered piano technician I know that Bob has put in the time and effort to develop a high level of expertise in dealing with the challenges that pianos present. I have full confidence that Bob can help maintain my piano to be at the highest level that it is capable of being. His clear sighted, organized approach is much appreciated.
Thanks Jan. Looking forward to taking the next steps with your piano.
Absolutely amazing and personable service on mh 120+ year old upright that has been stored for the last 20 years. Bob was very thorough in educating me about my piano, things I didn't know before as it was passed down from my grandfather. Very reasonable cost for an outstanding service. Look forward to working with him in the future. My piano sounds AMAZING!!!
Wow, Julie. That is an amazing piano!
