The rating breakdown
Google shows 16 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. None of them are one or two star.
Google’s published star breakdown
| Rating | Distribution | Count | Share |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 star | 12 | 75.0% | |
| 4 star | 2 | 12.5% | |
| 3 star | 2 | 12.5% | |

Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

Counted across the 11 four and five star reviews we have read for Ruscio Mini Storage. A review can mention more than one thing.
In their own words
This girl is efficient and friendly and helpful, and this is a very convenient storage place next to the highway. Open 24 hours. I highly recommend this place for your storage needs.
Have never had a problem renting at Ruscio. I've even accidentally fallen behind due to budget issues and their staff, instead of just selling my stuff, gave me proper notice and allowed me to setup payment arrangements. The staff is extremely friendly. I absolutely love that I can access my storage unit any time, day or night, through a security gate. Never had an issue with moisture or lack of access, even in the winter. I can't say enough good things about this company.
I have rented a unit here for quite a few years and I am very pleased with the service there. Fran in the office is so kind, patient and understanding and a pleasure to talk to. She helps you if you are having a hard time here and there-which is great this day and age! Thank you Fran!
Excellent place clean and secure, the staff is friendly and amazing the, price is very reasonable I will rent another unit in a heartbeat. Thanks you.
