This place is a nightmare. Every month is either some added charge, a change to the rent price or deactivating features of the unit for no reason and requesting that you now pay an additional fee for the features. No notice. No explanation. The manager is dishonest and gives you lip service but does nothing to resolve your concerns. I've had storage units for years and never once had any issues with my bill or price increases. Ever. This place is a joke at best. Will be moving my things as soon as I can.

Rented a unit two years ago at what seemed a fair rate compared to the competition. 6 months into it my rent was raised $65. Really. When I called the response was " You can move out if the rent is too high ". They understand that moving from one storage facility to another is a time-consuming task and keep raising the rates. It has gone up 2 more times in 12 months and i just got another notification of another raise. There are better values and much better service elsewhere.

Peter - After a thorough investigation, we could not find your reservation in our system. We've gone back and checked pricing at our Saf Keep Storage facility and found our 10x10 units have never been priced at $200 in the past few months or currently.
Great prices and nice facility and staff. However, the access hours arw terrible. Gates are only open when the office is open.

The first unit I reserved online was awkward and remote - great for long term storage but I needed frequent easy access, so not for me! They helped me find a new, better, super convenient unit on the day I checked in and we're super understanding about it. I've had nothing but warm, friendly, helpful interactions with everyone in the office, I love the little "this you?" texts I get wherever I enter the unit, and I love how clean and secure my unit felt. Would absolutely recommend!
