The storage facility staff are nice and the place is secure, however rodents got into all of our stuff and a lot of our furniture is now ruined since it was covered in feces and urine. We did not have any perishables stored in our unit, so I am thinking maybe they went after some cleaning supplies or candles. Our things were stored at this location for about 5 years, the climate in the unit is good and there are some carts to help move your things around.

Unprofessional limb on the uHaul tree. Allows you to book products that they dont have available and doesn't tell you until you arrive to pick them up. Avoid this place like 2020.

For some years we have kept valuables at this storage facility, and we can only say that they are the best in the San Ramon/ Danville area in terms of price and well-kept facilities. The young fellows at the front desk are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this five stars storage service, and the U-Haul rental they offer on site is an added plus.

I’ve had some things at this U-Haul in San Ramon for some time now. Every time I come in, I’m greeted with a smile. Staff here is professional and courteous. This establishment is kept clean even the restroom. I don’t feel concerned about leaving my things here in this storage, It’s a safe environment. Thank you so much!

I have been here for about 10 years and they are the best! Juan treats his tenants like family and is always available to help out with any issues. They also have a U-Haul on site which is super convenient. The prices are also VERY reasonable and better than everyone else in the area!

My experience here was brief, but it was good. I decided my belongings needed to go in a climate controlled space, so I booked a space and canceled a few hours later. Juan at the front office was both kind and gracious with check in and with my request to cancel.
