I want to give a 5 star review but I can't and it's very disappointing. The movers were very friendly and great, and Jonny was wonderful to work with. Unfortunately that is where the good ends. On the day of the move the movers scratched up our hardwood floor really badly. Safe and Sound Piano Movers did a fabulous job moving our piano. I was there to observe the entire move. Their attention to detail and protection of the piano was impeccable. They had about 10 total stairs to traverse, and they did them with ease and care. Communication was great. I was well aware of arrival times. Pricing was very fair. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone needing a piano moved.
