I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! My grandma hired this company for her move. They quoted her $2,000 for a 7 hr job with 4 guys. They were so slow, it turned into a 12 hr job with 6 guys charging her a total of $4,000. They kept adding unnecessary fees not included in the original quote. They charged her for boxes & blankets when she told them she had her own. Unpacking did not go well. Everything was haphazardly thrown into the garage to where she couldn't open her car door or even close the garage door.

We had the choice of using Best of Utah Moving company, infinite movers or Haula movers. And because there were so many stars and best of utah, I thought that this would be a good company. They may be a better company, unfortunately my experience was not the same. The two guys who worked on our job, Braxton and McClain I believe. Braxton was super on sociable not very professional. Earbuds in the whole time, he was rough on the furniture and bed frames.

I had a brief interaction with your movers last night when they decided to park their truck in a no parking zone on my property, blocking the pin pad for my tenants to access the property. When I came out and asked them to, please move, the driver started to argue with me about how the truck is DOT certified and can park wherever it wants for at least 10 minutes. Me explaining that this is a no parking zone, due to the pin pad, didn’t seem to affect him at all.
This moving company broke close to $50,000 of furniture and art. I bought their highest level of “value” protection, which they make sound like insurance—but isn’t. They shattered tables, ripped sofa upholstery, dropped art, dropped heavy tables damaging walls, broke the legs off of furniture, scratched frames for art and much more. Do not trust them, do not buy their “insurance”, do not use them. They are a small business who cannot stand behind their claims and don’t have the money to be in this business.

I had a great experience with Best of Utah Moving Company. Eric was professional, efficient, and hardworking throughout the entire move. The crew showed up on time, handled everything with care, and made the whole process way less stressful than I expected. They were friendly, communicated well, and moved quickly while still being careful with furniture and fragile items. If you are budgeting for this, I would not go off the estimate they give for time.

Well I must say that I’m impressed! The whole process was very smooth, and all of the fees for various circumstances was presented at the start so there were no surprises cost-wise. There was a confirmation the day before going over everything once more, and then on the day of, everything went so smoothly! Spencer and Dylan arrived with the truck within the stated window, the movers were super professional, friendly, and were easy to communicate with throughout the move.

Honestly I was very skeptical that a moving company could have only 5 star reviews but after choosing Best Of Utah, I see why now. They really are just that good! Joey and Walter helped me move everything from my apartment into my new house. Their work ethic was incredible the entire time. They were fast but so careful with my stuff. They wrapped my things really well to keep it protected and they were cautious around corners and everything.
