The rating breakdown
Google shows 11 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. None of them are one or two star.
Google’s published star breakdown
| Rating | Distribution | Count | Share |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 star | 10 | 90.9% | |
| 4 star | 1 | 9.1% | |
| 3 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 2 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 1 star | 0 | 0% |
Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

Counted across the 8 four and five star reviews we have read for Safe Storage of Anderson. A review can mention more than one thing.
In their own words
I like that I can go inside at all hours at no extra charge. I love that it's so secure. The owner is super friendly and always speaks if we see each other. I appreciate the price staying in one place too. And if you rent more than one unit you get a discount! Wish I'd found this place sooner.
I have tried to call, email this business to close out my account. I have even sent certified mail and no one will contact me but, they keep taking my money. I have been out of the unit for 2 months. I know this is very bad business. The owner contacted me the next day and apologized for the misunderstanding. He has agreed to refund for the 2 months. I will do business with him again.
Carol, Thank you for letting us know there is an issue with the websites email contact info. We have corrected the problem and issued you a refund. Thanks!
This place is very accommodating! Julie and the folks are awesome here. I had a little hiccup in my emptying out my big storage unit and worked with me and transferred my contract to a smaller unit and saved me money! I would highly recommend them for all your storage needs!
Excellent storage facility! Clean and secure property. Reasonable prices, not to forget. It's was easy to rent and access property. Stan is great to deal with. Very professional and accommodating. 👍👍👍 10 out of 10 Rented for sometime now. I stand by my review. 👍👍👍 …
Thank you for the 5 star review! We appreciate you allowing us to serve you!
