Pay attention for your service, folks. Perhaps I will add a little. Previously, there was some comment from the company threatening me - it's strange that I don't see it anymore. You guys were transporting the stuff in our neighborhood (someone moved) and it was after 10.30pm (beginning) and ended at 12.50am - your ski lift creaked (you can hear it especially at night), because of the noise my baby woke up and cried.
This moving company did a hit and run on my 2021 Winnebago Revel last week. I have it all on video because it was parked at my house and my security cameras picked it up. In the video, they stopped briefly upon impact, but then decided to drive away anyway. When I called the company, they denied that anybody worked that day. They spoke in English, but when I told them I had video, they said they only speak Chinese Mandarin. I got a copy of the receipt from my neighbor who hired them, proving it was them.
The worst moving company ever. I don’t even want to begin to describe what’s wrong with them. Here is a short version: if there is a way to screw up something - they will do it, and in such a way that you never thought possible. It would be funny if it wasn’t so sad.
Unprofessional, workers would not leave unless we tip more. Very rude people. Complained everything from the size of the furnitures to the location of the condo. Movers complaining about moving stuff. What the hell?! Are you too good to do your job?
If you don't care about crockcrochs you can hire this company. I hired them their moving boxes are comes with crockcrochs. They are not clean.

Today was my first time using a moving company in the US, and I had no experience. However, Mr. Ping and Mr. Xiong left a very good impression on me. They were punctual, trustworthy, professional, responsible, patient, and meticulous in packing and moving incredibly fast. All the furniture was well-protected without being overly complicated.
I had to move due to my job i didn`t have no clue but moving in got quote from few moving company they were really expensive thankfully my mate told me about CY moving I give them a call and they quote a very reasonable price that I couldn`t believe how cheap the price was and I book with them they come on time 2 very nice and hard working guy they load my stuff very quick and they were very carefull I was very happy with them in can not thank them enough I defiantly recommend them they are brilliant
Edit: The owner contacted me after reading this review. It was all a misunderstanding caused by their translator. We rescheduled to the next day and it was all good now. They provide a great service, but, they have some translation issues so if you don't speak Mandarin be a little careful. If you have a friend who speaks Mandarin who can do the appointment for you that would be the best. They didn't show up to the appointment. Answer: I think you are confusing me with another client.

Chengyi Moving Company was absolutely fantastic! I'm sharing my honest experience here. At the end of March, I hired another moving company. I was worried about moving a large sofa upstairs because it's a townhouse with a small door and the living room is on the second floor. So, the day before the move, I called Chengyi Moving Company to ask how to move the sofa. The owner was incredibly helpful. He asked for the sofa's dimensions and asked me to send him a video of the house.
