Please, please do not rent from this facility in Jonesboro, Arkansas. I was only three weeks three days late and they auction off all my stuff no warning. The representative said I would have had to be at least two months behind then I should’ve received a email about the auction date and time and given time to pay. I receive none of those things I was blindsided! My children photos, baby pictures, my military awards, my belongings, my children beds, my washer and dryer all our things are gone. It hurts so bad.
NEVER and I REPEAT NEVER RENT FROM HERE!!!!😡😡😡😡 I rented my unit on June 5Th and here we are July 7th and my belongings are STILL NOT in my unit!!!!! I got the padlock off but couldn't open the door due to it being locked another way!!! Also it was 5pm when I got to building and after unloading and having the door not opening issue I tried to call the customer service number however it was 6:10pm so there was NO HELP POSSIBLE!!!😳😡😡😡 I have emailed called left multiple messages and NOTHING has been done…

My access code doesnt work. No one works in the office ive been 3 different days at different times, its always locked and looks like no one is ever there. Ive called 5 different numbers and sat on hold 30+ minutes, no one answers. The chat bot gives me the same code but no one ever calls backs.

Can I just say how much I loved this storage unit! Me and my husband recently moved out since no need for the storage unit. I loved they had carts to haul things! Loved that it was central kept my things in great condition! Was super easy to get things set up! You can do it all by yourself online! Which came so in handy no having to wait on anyone. You have 24/7 access. Place was super clean and safe. 100% recommend this storage unit.

This place is an absolute MANSION. I found myself in a bit of a Harry situation when I unexpectedly needed to store some of my personal effects. But the facilities are so nice and the management was so accommodating. I could easily fit my samurai sword, bumper pool tables and gourmet sandwich toaster ovens there. 10/10 recommend

I absolutely love this place. It's unique in the ability to protect your items from environmental issues, and the security is top-notch. It is pricey, I won't lie. But even as a low-income person, the money is worth it to have peace of mind about my items.
