It was a pleasure speaking with him and getting the answers to my questions and offering to help with any following up questions we may have. I loved the facilities; they're clean and tidy. I completed the entire process online, and when I needed help, their operators were very helpful and kept me in touch the whole time. My only wish was that the only bathroom in the unit would work. One day when I was moving my belongings, I needed to use the bathroom, and it was out of service. And it's been like that ever since.
