In their own words
I would like to let you know this company is not at all a 5 star in there service. If you want to pay less with more risk to your stuff go for them. I was told price includes toll but when they took non toll road causing unnecessary delay and extra charges. My TV table worth $250 broke and I am still following up with them. Its been more than 1.5 months now. So you are on your own if you use the service. Communication will stop or will be delayed once you make full payment.
Munish, we are very sorry to hear about your experience and sincerely apologize for the damaged TV table, unexpected charges, and poor communication. This is not the level of service we provide, and we have escalated your claim for a full review of the booking, route choice, and charges.
This company seems not legit as they stop replying once you pay them. Please refrain doing business with such company or do it at your own risk. We made a wrong decision to move our stuff with them.
Hello, we do not have any record of your move in our system, but we're committed to addressing any concerns. If you believe there's been a misunderstanding, please contact us directly at [email removed] so we can investigate and resolve this.

We recently used Security Moving Company to move items from a house to storage, and they were absolutely fantastic! It was a scorching hot June day, but that didn’t stop them—they even went up into the attic during the hottest part of the day to help bring things down. Joab and Terrance were incredibly respectful and careful with all of our belongings.
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with us—we truly appreciate your kind words and are so happy to hear that Joab, Terrance, and the entire team made your move smooth and stress-free, even on such a hot day!
Joab and Roberto (not Robert but Roberto) were very eager to work. Showed up early on extremely short notice. They were both machines, they unloaded a full 16 foot UPack container full to the very top in about 3 hours (single story home. No stairs) and an additional hour to help assemble some furniture. Overall a fair price for Honest work. Gave us a good CASH price which is always the best way to go. Highly recommended!
Thank you so-much for your kind words! We’re glad Joab and Roberto could assist on such short notice and that you were pleased with their hard work. We always aim to provide efficient and honest service, and it’s great to hear they met your expectations.
