First let me start off by saying the owner of the company is easy to get a hold of and prices are reasonable. However, let’s get down to the real reason of this one star review. Two guys showed up and first impressions are everything. They arrived late, not in a truck as advertised in the picture and I asked them to wear a mask because of COVID-19. After 5 minutes no masks were to be found. The owner assured me his guys are professional and work fast.
This is unfortunate to see sir. We did mot get a call in the office for any attempt to rectify the bad experience you received. We do apologize. If you wish to speak about your move our office line is [phone removed].
I rated this a 1 star because that was the lowest option. 1. I reached out to Tyler, the owner three days before our move. 2. This was a three bedroom home. One room was empty. One room had a desk and a metal shelf. One room had a master bedroom set, two night stands, and a dresser. Breakfast table for 4 people. And a small couch. A refrigerator. 10 boxes. Washer and dryer. 3. I asked for three guys because I wanted to be done by 12. He said two guys will do that with no problem. 4.

I called about a price discrepancy and a very rude lead- mover and the owner was unconcerned. Upon booking he sent a text that said the movers would arrive and move me from 12-4. I had to call to make sure they were still coming and the owner said he would contact the movers and get an ETA. No problem. They arrived at 1:30. When I complained he said that was ETA time. Nothing in the initial agreement said it was an estimated move time. Then he asked me if I even knew what ETA even meant.

Tyler allows non-employed workers who are not background checked to handle his moves. He does not disclose this but in a recent unfortunate turn of events with my family, it was discovered that Tyler allowed a man named Jason to step foot into my parents home, despite knowing that he has a criminal background, and ended up stealing their golf cart under the false pretense that he was an employee of Tyler's.

I needed a baby grand piano moved from one home in Prosper to another on short notice, and Stonebriar Moving Services came through when I was in a bind. Moving a piano isn't something you trust to just anyone, but their team was professional, careful, and clearly knew what they were doing. They handled the piano with great care, protected everything properly, and completed the move without a single issue. What impressed me most was how responsive they were and how quickly they were able to make it happen.

I moved from Plano to the Uptown area and had a lot of heavy items that needed extra attention. Oscar and Byron were careful, efficient, and professional the entire time. They wrapped everything beautifully and handled my belongings like they were their own. What really stood out was how much they cared — they even helped arrange repair for a broken mirror I had, completely on their own initiative.
