If I could give this place no stars I would I moved from Storage F and into storage row E and my stuff wasn’t in there for more then 10 days before I moved it all out bc as I was going to get stuff out my storage I found a dead rat laying in my 1 year old daughters belongings which I took pictures of I called the storage that Monday after the weekend rolled around bc I removed my stuff that same day on Friday and get told they don’t know if they ever had problem like that before I told them I wanted to close my…

Lisa is the best friendly fast and absolutely the nicest person I ever met or dealt with with getting a storage. . I absolutely love her !!
I need a storage unit ASAP and reached out to a friend who linked me with Ms Lisa, who works the front. She was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Not only was she polite, respectfully, and helpful, but she was able to get me the promotion offered (even double-checking that it went through). I'll never choose another facility for storing my property! This place is gated with a unique code to enter; the units are secured and I feel comfortable knowing my entire life is safely locked away from people, pests, & the weather.
It was a pleasure working with Lisa. She was very sweet and helpful. My unit was clean and it was in a great location. I felt safe going in and out of the unit. I had total peace of mind knowing that my belongings were safe. I would highly recommend this location (Eastpoint).
My husband and I have been a customer at this facility for a long time and Lisa is one of the best. She goes above and beyond for her customers and she makes sure to help the customer get a storage unit. She really takes pride in her job Keep up the good work Lisa.
