Check in with a selfie or counter people taking your picture made feel very uncomfortable! Check engine light on whole time. Gas cap error on whole time. Truck was very old and not maintained. Manager was rude and unhelpful and unprofessional. Will never rent a u haul if you have to take a selfie and the photo goes to corporate. Customer service via phone call were absolutely horrible!!! Rude nasty people!!! From what I experienced was the absolute worst ridiculous horrible experience!!! Never ever again!!!!
They over charged my husband credit card by 162.44 was told nothing they can do about it. Called corporate and they wouldn't talk to him because he didn't make the appointment. But the had no problem taking his money I will not use uhaul ever again. They get one star cause I had to rather give them minus 5 stars
Made an appointment for a hitch installation which was over $800, waited for over an hour just for them to tell me that the kit was missing some bolts?????? What type of company sends out kits incomplete???????? And how does it take an hour to open a box and count how many bolts there are. This is insane.

Very frustrating experience with this uhaul location. To make a long story short, I was improperly charged on my rental for an extra day and 75 extra miles that I did not drive. Upon reaching out to the location to dispute the charge, I was told the general and assistant manager(s) were the only ones able to process refunds, but unfortunately are two of the hardest people to get a hold of. I was lucky enough to catch them one day after an hour of waiting in their parking lot.
I spend about 180 a month for my storage to be a "Controlled Climate" but when i went there yesterday it was 91 degrees. I told someone and they said okay, they'll fix it. When I went today to check the temperature it was 87 degrees. I could've saved money just having a regular storage if they weren't going to keep the Controlled climate an actual Controlled climate.

Truck ran real good. Clean enough to my satisfaction. Service at pick up and drop off was excellent. Quick and pleasant. I suppose the price was on par for 15’ rental driving under 200 miles away. Priced $278 with their insurance included. Thank you.
Nick was very polite, professional and since the job took less time than expected I was given a refund. That doesn’t happen often.
Came in in the morning and the guy took forever... but in the afternoon Issac aka the man took care of everything w kindness courtesy effectiveness and above all with respect go in ask for Issac he's a good dude and he's definitely going places U-Haul is lucky to have him and that's that
