I shouldn't say! It's bad they were stealing out of my locker. I had put a gold ring n about 5 gold pendants. They went missing so I went to the police, they put it back a couple of weeks later
We are very sorry that our facility did not meet your expectations. We are under new management and our company policy states we do not keep keys to any of our residential customers units and therefore we cannot access belongings unless a unit goes to auction.
I began renting a unit in Sept. 2025. We used to be able to just pull into the bays without having to stop on what is a very busy road during the day (there is no parking lane) just to open the bay doors and see if there is space to pull in. The security panels could have been put on interior doors instead. The changeover has come with no notification to either my son (who is on the rental document) or myself (the payments come off my credit card and statements come to my email).

If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. Horrible customer service is the main reason. The manager screwed myself and two other students over by canceling our reservation for a 5x5 storage locker before we moved our stuff in. We provided email evidence that we had been given 7 days to move in and we also were informed over the phone we had 7 days. Despite this, the reservation was canceled after only 5 days.
Tried to ask for assistance. The rules in place seem very invasive, No sharing even with people within the same household. Unsure of how they would monitor that, but just seemed unhelpful and unwilling to give information based on certain parameters. Would not recommend.

Have been incredibly accommodating since I moved before Sentenial took over and I could not be there in person to make the changes needed. They have gone above and beyond to help. Only reason its 4 stars is because every time I call it says its closed but google says its open🙃 …
